Originally formed for  landlords to sell their residential investment properties to other like minded investor owners, often with the tenants in situ. The company has however now grown to where it is successfully buying and selling individual investment properties right up to  large managed investment portfolios comprising whole freehold blocks, on behalf of clients.

This division  has links with the majority of London's finance houses and has office outlets in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Dublin and Wimbledon as well as Central London. 

The Company now successfully sells all types of residential property throughout the south of England in competition with the mainstream estate agents and in most cases charges considerably less for the service.

Properties are being sold with that unique feeling of being quoted as if they are ''off market''. Care and consideration are taken  over specifically looking after and listening to a clients need's, individual brochures are prepared with floor plans.
