MBL Estates Ltd was established in 1994 to provide a first class individual and personalised approach for both landlords and tenants in the highly competitive London rental markets. The Company now lets and manages flats and houses all over South West London organised from its busy Wimbledon Office. We work for landlords owning one property to investment companies owning multiples, listening to and understanding what each client requires and then putting together a package to suit. MBL Property Solutions Ltd was set up to give our client base a further facility other than that provided by High Street Estate Agents to buy and sell residential property for owner/occupation or investment. We now sell all types of property from small studio flats in Central London to large country houses covering most areas in the South East of England. Other services include site and building acquisitions and project-led development. |
